big room modern decoration silent location poor cleaning dirty bathroom uncleaned carpet
the room was quite big for my family it had a modern decoration the location was silent but not very far from the center
the room cleaning was not good you need to request the cleaning through an app they did not clean the carpet the bathrooms were not cleaned well

the metro station being right across the street was definitely convenient.
the room i booked was smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room felt stuffy at night. also, i had to ask for fresh towels because the ones provided had noticeable stains

the location is very convenient near the metro station. the bar staff was friendly (i appreciate that). my room was clean and the facilities looked great.

the hotel is near the metro station, which makes it easy to move to the city center. it is only a few stops away and the ride is quick and direct, so it saves time. a supermarket nearby is also a plus.

breakfast included many varieties and fresh options. fresh omelets and pancakes were cooked daily (especially yummy). a diverse stand with fruit, nuts, cheese, tea, coffee, and juices was available.

the rooms have coffee machines with capsules and tea bags that are refilled regularly. also, the hotel offers an ironing board with an iron. the workout area had decent equipment for a quick session.

the reception staff was very responsive and helpful. every question was answered quickly and professionally. the team spoke english well, so communication was easy and clear for all guests.
