the check-in process was super quick and smooth. my room was super clean and comfy. the hotel restaurant and bar were really convenient (i loved the late-night pizza option!).
the room temperature was a bit difficult to regulate.

the hotel provided good value. my room was clean and the bed felt very comfortable. hannah at the reception was especially accommodating, along with raina. i was allowed to check-in about three hours early, this was very helpful after my long journey.
the bathroom lacked ventilation, so i needed to prop the door open, though i did manage with my bag.

the facilities were clean and very well kept the staff was top-shelf i had a complex reservation that the staff cleared up. i was allowed to check in early. the breakfast offered hot eggs sausages and fresh pastries daily
the condition of the pillows was poor. the towels were thin. also we found only two small coffee sachets in the room

i found the staff super friendly and professional (a true asset!). i had a premium room and enjoyed the canal view. the bed was massive with such a comfortable mattress and soft pillows.

The staff provided a warm welcome at check-in and gave me a canal view room (what a treat!). Sorting out my transport needs was effortless because they were very helpful. Breakfast servers were also friendly, and the breakfast offered many choices.
The condition of the room was suboptimal, as a light switch was hanging completely out of the wall.

The staff was super helpful, it. the location was fantastic. We could easily walk to all the cool spots in the city. this meant we didn't even need public transport.
the room felt really small, not much space at all! the bathroom reminded me of an airplane lavatory, it was tiny. i also noticed the room lacked a kettle.
