the ambiance of the hotel impressed me. the room included thoughtful amenities, for example, a coffee maker and plush robes. the staff resolved any issues promptly. the location proved very convenient.
I noticed the parking arrangement seemed inconvenient. communicating changes in pick-up time required at least two hours advance notice. it caused an unexpected delay in our departure. This should have been communicated more clearly.

The hotel is near the central train station. it makes access to public transportation very easy, so it's convenient for exploring various parts of the area. The location enhanced the overall travel experience.

there is a swimming pool and sauna on the premises. the swimming pool area felt quiet and peaceful. i noted complimentary chocolates and bottled water provided in the rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found them cute. the reception area offered pastries and sweets. the employees seemed motivated to help guests, an admirable trait.

The staff was friendly. They easily stored my bags before check-in and after check-out.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair in the sink. the towels also had a strange smell. I seemed to get some allergies after using them.

the staff were generally eager and friendly, always a plus.
the room lacked proper dusting, and when i tried making tea, some disgusting, sticky substance floated around in the bottom.. i think i'll pass on the tea next time.

the location was great, its near the train station.
the room was not very clean upon arrival. pillows are with feather, i think a lot of people will be allergic to this.
