Excellent Technological Hotel Experience

The hotel room included modern features, such as an iPad to control lights. There was also a tv in the bathroom. I found the affordable parking at 25 euro a day convenient. Breakfast had extensive options (I especially liked the variety).
The smart room control technology on the Android tablet did not function well. I had to manually open and close the curtains. I turned off the lights the first night by removing the key card.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , providing prompt assistance with inquiries at the reception. They ensured a smooth check-in process and were readily available to address concerns. This greatly enhanced my overall experience.

High-Tech Hotel Stay!

I loved the bathroom speaker and mirror TV. These features were fantastic. The tablet near the bed allowed me to control the curtains easily. I slept wonderfully in a comfortable bed with good equipment. Slippers and a bathrobe were available for added comfort .

The breakfast had many choices. Staff accommodated gluten intolerance by providing bread. Breakfast included tasty items that satisfied our morning cravings. It was a good way to start the day.

The room was modern and clean. I found the blackout curtains very effective for a restful sleep. The hotel's proximity to the subway was convenient. The city center was easily accessible.
The hotel did not inform us about the ac not working in the entire building. It was very hot inside the room and this affected our stay. The tablet next to the bed used to control lights did not work well. Lights in the bathroom were motion sensor lights and turned off mid shower.

I found the location quite convenient. It was close to the metro station, made getting around easy. The breakfast had various good food choices (i especially liked scrambled eggs). The underground parking was a plus.
The room did not entirely match the images online. I thought the room was smaller than expected. The staff member i spoke with about this did not offer a solution. The smart home features were somewhat unreliable.

Underwhelming Stay with Several Issues

I found several aspects disappointing . The air conditioning was difficult to control. The room was either too hot or too cold. The bathroom light had a sensor, it often switched off while I was showering, this was very annoying. the staff seemed not very helpful when I reported these issues.
