The location is very convenient. the metro station is a short walk away and , made getting around quite easy. the room was clean and functional. It had all the basics i needed for my stay. i found the vending machines downstairs very convenient. there were snacks and drinks available at all hours.
The initial check-in process was slow. there was a queue and only one staff member was available. This was a significant wait! the provided towels had some wear and tear. they looked a little old.

The location is right outside the Amstel station. The rooms were clean and provided all necessary facilities. Vending machines are available downstairs for late-night snacks.
During check-in, they attempted to assign us a 10sqm room for six people. They claimed the room we booked was sold to another guest. After we argued, they eventually gave us the room we had originally booked (it took 40 minutes).
