the staff was friendly and helpful. i was upgraded to an executive double room spa bath. the breakfast was excellent with a huge range of food from fruit to cooked options.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated their quick response to my requests. the location is very convenient, close to the park for morning runs but also near the canals for easy exploration.. it's a great spot. breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the coffee machine, and i loved the options.
the absence of a laundry service was inconvenient since i had planned to wash some clothes.

Excellent Stay with a Suite Upgrade!

I received a complimentary upgrade to the Amsterdam Suite upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast included a huge variety of delicious foods. The building has a charming, typical Dutch canal style. It is super.
I did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the Amsterdam suite. Two windows did not shut completely, made the room a bit cold and noisy. The walls also seemed thin, as I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The reception desk provided excellent support. Miko was particularly helpful. I found the staff always smiling and ready to assist with any inquiries. The quick taxi arrangement was helpful for getting to the train station.

The location is central, with easy access to nearby tram stations. My room had a very big and comfortable bed. Windows featured additional glass panels, ensuring good sleep with minimal street noise.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of foods that catered to various tastes. The coffee machine provided freshly brewed coffee each morning. I certainly missed this feature after I checked out.

the location is excellent near the rijk and van gogh museums i could easily walk to leidseplein square which offers many dining and shopping options. the room was clean and spacious it included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was comfortable i found ample closet space and bathroom cabinets useful. the staff was friendly they were always ready to help with anything i needed

the hotel sits a short walk from vondelpark it offers a quick escape into nature i could reach the van gogh museum and rijksmuseum within a ten-minute walk. several tram stops are also located within five minutes providing access to the city center

The breakfast choices impressed me with many options. i found the location fit my needs. I could easily reach restaurants. the room provided a quiet atmosphere with a nice view of the garden. but i missed a wider selection of tv channels
the shower had inconsistent temperature. this made it less enjoyable.
