The air conditioning offered precise temperature control. The breakfast included fresh fruits and good eggs. The location was near to a tram station, so travel was simple. I found extra bathroom items in my room. The cleaning team does an excellent job.
My room lacked workspace.

the bed was comfortable and i loved the diptyque products provided in the bathroom i also received a nice welcome gift upon arrival the 24-hour coffee and snack station was a very nice bonus i especially enjoyed lunch at the spring restaurant. quinty, the young lady who checked me in, was poised. alessandro, a young man on the concierge team, gave me great dining recommendations.
i noticed the breakfast service could get a little chaotic during peak hours it seemed the staff were sometimes overwhelmed with table service demands.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable
i found several issues the breakfast service was chaotic and disorganized i waited an unreasonable amount of time for coffee and eventually left without receiving anything the room lacked basic amenities such as fresh towels i also noted there were no bags or spoons provided near the coffee machine
