the location near the tram stop was really convenient. friendly staff at the front desk assisteed me well. the coffee machine in the room was also great. extra toiletries were available too.
the room they gave was small, i think the price didn't quite match it. i think they could do better about that.

I really enjoyed the central location. It was perfect for touring. The staff was nice and always ready to help. I found a personalized note and chocolates in my room upon arrival, a lovely touch. The shower had great pressure, it felt recently renovated! I felt very welcomed.
