the hotel was easy to find. it was simple to get into the city centre (i loved it!). the staff were very friendly and helpful. i received a lot of useful information about transport links.
the room was not perfectly clean. i noticed some stains on the chair and the headboard. there was also some dust on the headboard.

the hotel has a mini-market, very convenient. it is reasonably close to both train and metro stations. a bus line stops right outside the hotel.

the location was convenient , with easy access to public transport. burger king was right next to the hotel , very useful. umbrellas were available for rent , a great idea. the staff provided information about public transport , very helpful for getting around.
the room lacked a mini fridge , which i would have liked. the soundproofing was terrible , i could hear doors closing all night. there was only one towel per person , not a large and a small one , as usual.

the hotel was lovely and clean the staff were very nice and friendly. they spoke good english. the bus stop to the city centre was very close by.
the receptionist tried to charge us an additional amount on arrival however i showed proof on email of our price.

the hotel was very clean. staff members were friendly and cute. i really enjoyed my stay. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the staff were approachable and accommodating. nothing was too much trouble.
there was a very big step to enter the bathroom. i was with my mother, and she had problem in her knees. she struggled with this.
