thin wallssmall room
the room walls are paper thin i swear. i could hear every single word of the conversation next door. and the stairs to my room they were a total pain especially with my luggage it was so heavy. the room itself was tiny too seriously it was difficult finding a spot for my suitcase i could barely move. i am annoyed, they could really fix some isolation and accessibility issues.

The air conditioning wasn't working. It made the room unbearably hot. staff didn't offer a real solution, just a fan, which did nothing. it reminded me of they avoided the issue. i also found the room to be small. Moving around the bed was a challenge.

The breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasure each morning. I loved the design of the hotel. The hotel has really thought about what makes a traveler's life easier.
The air conditioning was not great. I stayed for a week. Everything was clean. The ac wasnt the best but that wasn't a big problem.
