efficient baggage provided dog bed easy checking
The hotel provided efficient baggage hold after checkout. It made my travel plans easier. The room included a dog bed, showing consideration for pet owners! Checking in was easy. I was able to do so early.
I found that the windows could only be tilted. Proper room ventilation was therefore restricted.

The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness with requests. Room service responded promptly anytime I requested assistance. This responsiveness added greatly to the convenience of the stay!

the location was amazing. the hotel is near everything i wanted to see. the room was clean. staff was friendly to me.
i experienced a minor issue with slow elevator service during peak hours.

central location helpful staff nice size poor air conditioning bad smell unclean room
the hotel is located in the heart of everything (i really appreciated this!). the room was a nice size and overlooked the public square. the staff was amazing and very helpful.
i did not like that the hotel rooms were not clean. the air conditioning did not work well, and there was a bad smell. we also had to listen to the receptionist complaining while we waited.

The hotel's location was great for exploring (close to everything). The room was modern and had nice amenities. Checking in was smooth, and I also appreciated the baggage hold after checking out, it really made a difference. The staff were very kind and helpful with all requests.
