The hotel connects directly to a shopping center. This made getting supplies easy. I found the breakfast selection wide, especially the plant-based options. The hotel location is close to the Zuid station, so it's easy to access.

I found the front desk service a bit slow during check-in and check-out.

The breakfast included excellent dairy products and fresh fruit. There were also seeds available. The continental hot breakfast created a good, warm, and cute atmosphere for the guests. I found many different options including plant based.

The room was very clean and quiet! It had great sound proofing, so I reminded me of I was the only one on my floor. The room provided great facilities like a hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The king size bed did the trick.

The hotel stands near the Zuid station, which makes access easy. Metro, trams, and trains are within easy reach. The shopping center location offers convenience because it has a supermarket and media store available. I was able to enjoy the mall!!!

the deposit payment at check-in felt unwelcoming. i was asked to pay 100 euros despite having paid in advance.
