Charming Stay with Convenient Access

The breakfast offered fresh items and consistently hot water, especially useful for showers. I found temperature control in my room very easy. The staff helped with train and tram delays. I really appreciated that. The cleanliness impressed me, with fresh towels and daily tidying.
The room had some steep steps, so I was a little nervous carrying my suitcase up.

The hotel is about a four-minute walk from the train, tram, and bus terminus, and it is in a pretty area. I noticed tall redbrick houses and canals, and the same road has restaurants and snack places. Its a great spot.

the staff was friendly. its location are very convenient. the central station is not too far from the hotel. i could walk to many attractions.
the room i had was quite small. there's also no air conditioning. the window in my room would not open, which wasn't ideal.

the staff was so friendly and helpful. i appreciate the location, it is great, within walking distance to the train station and attractions. the room was very comfortable and tidy everyday with fresh towels. i found a lift to all floors, great.
rooms are small. it is a very old building, so it appears well worn and slightly run down on the inside. the pillows are terrible, i had to request second ones just to feel like we had one at all.
