The hotel is very close to the arena and the metro. This. The staff was nice and helpful. The shower was also a nice feature.
Only one elevator was working. This was a bit irritating as I had to wait for several minutes to get to my room.

The location was very convenient for attending an event at the Johan Cruijff stadium.
I found the room rather basic and not particularly well-kept. The window did not open, so the air conditioning was the only option for ventilation, but it seemed inadequate. keeping my baggage for a few hours after checkout incurred an extra charge (I think it was 5€).

The hotel is close to Ziggo Dome it is a short walk. I appreciated many food options nearby there is also a supermarket next door. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival that was important to me.
The bathroom door was made of glass this didn't block any sound. This also meant turning on the bathroom light at night might disturb others. I could hear the people showering in the room above mine at times.

The check-in process was easy. Staff members were efficient. The hotel's location is superb. It's a short walk to venues like Afas Live. The proximity to a train station simplifies travel.
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. This meant we had to keep our belongings in our luggage .

the bathroom door provided little sound insulation, as it was made of glass. the air conditioning seemed stuck on a cold setting, despite the weather outside. i found the bed somewhat small.

The elevator service was limited. Only one elevator was functioning, which led to noticeable delays at peak times.
