Hotel TwentySeven has 16 suites with carpets from Nepal and curtains handmade in Italy. Suites feature velvet wallpaper from Pierre Frey, Paris, and sofas from Ascension Lattore. Art from Cobra Art in Amsterdam decorates each suite. White marble bathrooms include a whirlpool bath and twin showers that double as a steam room, stocked with Lanvin and Lalique products. Suites also include handmade oak floors with Versaille patterns.
Michelin-starred Dining
The on-site restaurant, Bougainville, features gastronomy by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn and supervised by starred chef Pascal Jalhay. The à la carte menu features dishes made with fresh ingredients, alongside wines selected by wine director Lendl Mijnhijmer. Breakfast includes a small buffet and eggs made to order. The bar offers a probiotic cocktail menu and small dishes served one after another.
