stylish and helpful place to stay

free bikes historical building cozy ambience great care

the free bikes made getting around easy. the staff were so nice and took great care of us, i really appreciate that. the building itself is historical, and the decor created a cozy ambience.

the room was a little too hot because the windows didn't fully open, that was a little uncomfortable.

manual heating system cold room

The room's heating system was MANUAL. I had to turn the radiator valve myself. Even at the highest setting, the room remained cold. The location wasn't great in winter. (I'm starting to think all hotels are the same). the tv chromecast didn't work

i found the beds and linens quite comfortable. public transport was very accessible, i noted tram stops were nearby and easy to use. i appreciated the supermarket across the street, it proved convenient for grabbing quick necessities.

the location was a bit farther from the main attractions! i found that this required relying on public transport or taxis more than i initially anticipated.

hotel bikes quiet location excellent cocktails beautiful building

The hotel provides bikes . This made getting around easy, especially since the location is a bit outside the city center.. It's about 15 minutes by bike or tram. The area is quiet and conveniently located across from restaurants, a cafe, and a grocery store. The building is beautiful, and the bar features excellent cocktails.

The windows in my room were too high to see out of, only the sky was visible. This wasn't a major issue for me, but it could be for some guests.

helpful staff easy access parking garage noisy stairwell non-functional chromecast broken light

the staff were helpful and nice. it was easy to get to the city center. there was also a parking garage, great.

my room was next to the stairwell (i really didn't like this), so i heard the door slam often. the tv had chromecast options, but i was told they did not work. the light on the left side of the bed didn't work either.
