the hotel is very charming the staff were helpful i needed assistance with directions and they provided clear instructions i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day the location was central and convenient for exploring the area.
my room lacked air conditioning and it became quite warm especially during the night a fan was provided but it only offered limited relief i think improved ventilation would enhance the stay.

the reception staff were very friendly and eager to help with directions they also offered assistance with luggage storage and provided information about nearby attractions this made my arrival and departure smooth.

the location near the canal was really nice. i liked being close to cafes. friendly staff helped get my bags up the stairs. the room got a nice view.
i found the stairs really steep and going up three floors with luggage was tricky, i didn't expect this.

The location was super central, i could walk to everything! the bed was really comfy, i slept like a baby each night. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. i loved the welcome drink. It was a nice touch.
the stairs were a bit steep, especially with luggage!

The staff was indeed friendly and efficient. The location allowed quick access to the center of activity and the central station. It only took a few seconds to get to the nearest shops, I really liked that.
The stairs were a bit steep, which could be challenging with large luggage.

the location felt very central. i could walk to most places easily. the staff are friendly and very helpful i think. the breakfast offer was a little low, but the food i eat was very tasty.
my room had no air con, and it become so hot. i opened the window but it had a privacy problem. i also think my colleague had the toilet across the hall and not in his room. i am not happy with that.

The location presented a fantastic aspect. The staff showed themselves friendly and helpful, a beacon of warmth during the trip. Breakfast included a fresh buffet, and it was a good start each morning, .
The attic room wasn't safe for pets, a concern. Loud noises persisted until late. I could hear neighbors having a party. Steep stairs existed, so carrying luggage proved quite difficult.
