The staff provided smiles upon arrival and showed us to our upgraded room. The hotel had arranged balloons plus a handwritten note. I chatted with the barman and mentioned it was my partner's 40th. The drinks were on the house and the room was clean. we used the romantic jacuzzi.
Loud power tools were used in the hallway outside our room as fire doors were upgraded. We moved to another room efficiently. We hadn't chosen the practical room for the nightly price paid, so we were disappointed.

The front desk staff was very attentive. The bar service included complimentary drinks for a special occasion. Staff addressed issues and moved me to another room, so I could enjoy the stay.

The location is very close to public transportation for convenient access. Many restaurants and cafes are located around the area. Central Station is only around a 15-minute walk making airport transfers easy.

The room was clean and well-kept. The decor and style of the room are lovely. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise after long walks. The bathroom included a bathtub.

The staff was helpful with all requests I presented. The area's convenience made exploring simple and efficient. I found the provided list of recommended restaurants particularly useful and enjoyed those I visited.. they enhanced the stay. The location was ideal for accessing the canals and the Anne Frank House.
The hotel amenities looked aged, and the sink experienced clogging issues , needing some maintenance.

Our room had plenty of storage and a canal view, contributing to a comfortable visit. The extra-large bathroom featured modern fixtures. I enjoyed the canal view spa bath.
