The location is advantageous, situated very close to the Champs-Élysées. The staff members were professional. They offered helpful advice. The breakfast service was lovely.
the bathroom had some issues with water pressure. I informed the front desk about this, and they mentioned sending a technician. The solution involved running the cold tap, resulting in cold showers for a couple of days. i was disturbed at 05:00 by neighbors. They were having a party in the next room. I had to call the front desk multiple times before someone addressed the situation.

I stayed in a signature suite. It was spacious. The decor was elegant. The bed was very comfortable. The windows gave good light.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly weak, i think.

the location is excellent, being just off the champs-élysées. i found the staff to be helpful and multilingual. the hotel décor is beautiful and creates a homely atmosphere. the room was clean and well kept.
the water pressure in the bathroom was not great.

The general manager showed really good attentiveness to guests. He always wanted to surprise. the staff demonstrated a commendable ability to speak multiple languages. This made communication very easy. every staff member i interacted with was worthy of praise.
