The location was excellent, a real find. it was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to everything. the staff were helpful. They were pretty good.
the room was listed as a good size, but it felt very small. it was hard to open a suitcase in there!!! the bathroom, though, felt disproportionately large, odd. there was also hair on the bed, sadly, and the tea glasses weren't cleaned from the night before.

the room was rather small, like a fancy shoebox. also, i tried calling reception multiple times, hoping to order some food, but nobody ever picked up? it reminded me of shouting into a void. the price i paid really didn't match the cramped space or the disappearing service.

the staff was friendly and always helpful. they provided advice on transportation. they ensured breakfast was available for early departures to normandy, versailles, and disney. the hotel is on a quiet street with nearby cafés..
the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. this made it a little less comfortable. i hope they can address this .

limited selectioninadequate soundproofing
The breakfast service left something to be desired. The selection was quite LIMITED. I also found the soundproofing inadequate. Noise from the street disrupted my sleep. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's rest. The hotel REALLY needs to invest in better insulation.
