the staff was consistently friendly and helpful . a welcome gift of goodies awaited in the room upon arrival. the location is convenient, with landmarks accessible by walking.
noise from the street disrupted sleep due to poor sound isolation. the toilet clogged and required maintenance intervention. the room size felt small considering the price point.

the superior double room had a well-designed layout the bathroom included grown alchemist amenities i appreciated the handwritten welcome note with local chocolates. the hotel provided a daily wine happy hour with regional selections the lobby created a relaxed setting for enjoying a glass. the reception team assisted with a late checkout at my request which prevented any morning stress.
the street outside was a little noisy and the soundproofing wasn't perfect so i could hear some outside sounds.

the room was immaculate with lots of lovely finishing touches. i also found a little newspaper leaflet about the local area detailing things to do. breakfast was delicious with a well laid out presentation.
the street where the hotel is located can be a bit noisy. sound isolation from the street is not very effective.

fantastic viewfriendly stafffresh breakfastventilation system sounds
the location rocks it is super close to trocadero and the eiffel tower the staff were friendly and helpful making our stay awesome i especially loved the little parisian treats we found each day what a great personal touch the breakfast offered so many fresh choices each morning. it's like a party in my mouth.
the noise was a bit much for a hotel charging a premium rate ventilation system sounds were constant throughout the night the noise impacted my sleep quality. i want it to be perfect

the hotel features a fitness center with several machines i saw three treadmills there are also weights and yoga mats available a great way to stay active even on vacation.

our superior double room had a comfortable bed it was ideal two people the bathroom was very clean and had all necessary amenities the room was compact but very functional for a short stay.

the reception team were so efficient and friendly abdel was particularly helpful assisting with our late check out the staff greeted us warmly every evening they were very accommodating to all our requests.

the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of pastries fresh fruit was also available plus various hot dishes the coffee machine made excellent coffee i grabbed several cups each morning to start my day right.

The constant noise behind the wall of my room really bothered me. It may have been the ventilation system. it is definitely not what one would expect from a hotel costing 250 euros per night. it was hard to relax

the staff was helpful with directions and transportation. they gave me a map and highlighted attractions i must see. the room was modern and clean with usb-c charging ports, it was really useful.
the street outside was noisy. the sound isolation wasn't good for street noise or neighbors. the tv did not have a network option so i couldn't watch netflix.
