Satisfied Guest Experience
convenient location helpful staff
The hotel offered a convenient location near metro stations. The front desk staff stored our suitcases after checkout, which I found helpful. I also appreciated the very clean room. The hot shower worked well.

helpful staff simple navigation useful fans
Sonny greeted me, he was professional. The train and metro were very close. Fans were in place of air-conditioning. They helped considerably.
The cleaner was quite loud. I could hear banging on the floor.

small room minimal engagement
location, i must say, was acceptable. it allowed quick access to some attractions.
The room was too small. Maneuvering became challenge. the lack of kettle in the room surprised me. I expected hot beverage facilities. also, staff exhibited minimal engagement. I found it unhelpful.

a decent stay near eiffel tower
convenient location train lines evening visits rude receptionist poor service customer service
the location was really convenient. i walked to the eiffel tower with ease, it was great for evening visits. nearby train lines added to the convenience and the neighborhood felt quite quiet despite its proximity to attractions.
the receptionist was not very nice to us. i felt quite uncomfortable when i asked a few questions as a tourist. better customer service would improve the hotel's reputation.
