The location was very convenient. Public transport was close by. I found the Eiffel Tower to be less than a fifteen-minute walk away. The pantry area provided a nice touch. I used it for a quick coffee.
The staff that did my check-in at midnight was not very polite.

location, i must say, was acceptable. it allowed quick access to some attractions.
The room was too small. Maneuvering became challenge. the lack of kettle in the room surprised me. I expected hot beverage facilities. also, staff exhibited minimal engagement. I found it unhelpful.

the location was really convenient. i walked to the eiffel tower with ease, it was great for evening visits. nearby train lines added to the convenience and the neighborhood felt quite quiet despite its proximity to attractions.
the receptionist was not very nice to us. i felt quite uncomfortable when i asked a few questions as a tourist. better customer service would improve the hotel's reputation.
