i enjoyed a three nights stay. the breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from. luxury toiletries in the bathroom left me feeling refreshed.
the elevator were small, and its better to use the stairs. the hotel room was not very nice and it could be better.

location good, but issues encountered
broken ac
the staff was willing to speak english,.
the a/c in my room was broken. i notified the front desk, but they just kept saying it needed to be "reset". this went on for three days and was never fixed. they offered some waters as compensation, then credited those back from the mini bar upon checkout???

charming hotel experience
excellent locationfriendly staffluxury toiletries
i stayed for several nights and found the location excellent it was near attractions the eiffel tower was easily accessible. staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay they provided useful recommendations. the room included luxury toiletries i also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh pastries
the elevator was quite small so sometimes there was a bit of a wait

the hotel is close to main tourist attractions the champs elysees is a short walk away. many restaurants and shops are within easy reach of the hotel ensuring convenience. the area felt safe during both day and night.
