i really loved the room design. the thoughtful touches throughout the space were amazing. i especially loved having a book about poetry in my room. the coffee shop downstairs had delicious offerings and the breakfast was great quality too (especially the croissants!).
i wish they offered coffee in the room.

I found the staff quite polite. They were easy to communicate with, and helpful in many ways. The hotel provides a cafe on the ground floor with great coffee and quiches. The hotel is conveniently located.
My single room contained a bed with squeaky springs. Every time I rolled over, the bed creaked (it was quite noisy!). I could hear the couple chatting in the room next to me word for word. The room was also small.

i found friendly staff at the reception desk. the hotel provided a record player and vinyl in the room. i was pleased with the hotel location near the luxembourg train station and the seine river. the hotel had some nicely curated english books and magazines for reading.
they should inform guests about this in advance. walls seemed thin. it affected the experience.
