The hotel has a really friendly staff. They went out of their way to be helpful to me. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel has a nice boutique feel with an honor bar.
The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I tried to change rooms. I was told all the mattresses were the same. They did add a pad under sheet to help a bit. It was still uncomfortable.

The location is convenient. The metro access is quite easy. The staff were pleasant. The hotel was very clean.

I seriously enjoyed my stay. the staff are super friendly, honestly! they helped me find this awesome little bakery close by and gave me directions. my room, a beautiful double room opera view, was super clean. i loved the turndown service. It was such a sweet extra!
the elevator was a little slow, i noticed. waiting sometimes was a test of patience.

The hotel boasts an AMAZING location NEAR many landmarks. The rooms get cleaned EVERY day. That's great. The staff presents really good CUSTOMER service. They are friendly and professional.
The breakfast had TERRIBLE options, it was really bad. There were only a few cheeses and meat. Bread was stale. The spa pool ISN'T heated. It is really cold.
