the staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, i appreciated that. our room included everything we needed, this was convenient. i liked the calm reception area, it had free coffee, water, syrups, and table football. also, i found the outdoor area rather nice.
i had a very small issue with the air conditioning. it didn't work.

the lift was quite small and seemed a bit old, but it functioned adequately.

i found the staff very cute and helpful upon arrival i appreciate their kindness the location is excellent near the metro it made getting around easy. the room had everything i needed it was clean and a decent size.
the common areas could use some updating it wasn't a big deal but noticeable.

the staff seemed very attentive i could find local areas giving that parisian feel. it was completely near the metro, so i could be at any tourist spot within a few stops. i checked out the canal, a few blocks away, and it was lovely.
the shower does not have a door to close and prevented water from escaping.

The staff were very polite. My room included a balcony offering an amazing view. Everything was nearby and convenient. The hotel provided water at the lobby at no charge, greatly appreciated after summer walks. The coffee in the lobby was proper. The bathroom even featured a heater.
The shower lacked a door. Thus, water escaped easily.

The room style was quite pretty. I stayed in the top room, an attic room, that gave it significant charm. Smaller windows in the ceiling served as skylights. Those gave a beautiful skyline view. The bed was comfy.

The staff were always happy to help. They were quiet yet helpful. Mr Noor at the front desk was considerate and professional. He offered assistance, a service I value. Bonnie, at reception, offered a complimentary room upgrade with a balcony!!!

An elevator exists. It is very convenient in a five-story hotel, especially when carrying luggage. I found luggage storage available at no extra charge. The hotel has recently been renovated and looked modern. The toilet on the basement floor seemed spacious.

The location was ideal for my needs. it was close to a train station, which simplified transportation. the reception area offered complimentary coffee and water. It was a nice touch. the breakfast provided a large selection and fresh produce.
The room was quite noisy from the street. I could hear sounds even with the windows closed. the curtains did not shut properly in the middle so the room was not dark at night. the air conditioning did not make a difference.
