the location was ideal near bercy village with many options for teenagers i found a cinema dining places and shopping outlets within walking distance it made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed the hotel had a table tennis table a flight simulator and a pool these offered fun activities right on site the rooms were spacious which helped our family feel comfortable cleaning was perfect i noticed the front desk was very helpful and the concierge was resourceful
i called the front desk several times but no one answered i wish there had been more snack options on the room service menu this would have added convenience during late evenings

the staff was friendly and helpful they always had a friendly chat and offered great recommendations for local experiences the front desk provided quick assistance ensuring all requests were addressed promptly they even provided coloring pencils for my child

the hotel had a pool sauna and steam room that were great for relaxation my daughter enjoyed playing pink pong in the lobby the fitness center had sufficient equipment for a good workout and offered daily access this provided a well-rounded experience

the hotel is in a quiet area outside the city center but accessible with metro line 14 which is autonomous clean and punctual parking is available directly opposite the hotel making it easy to access by car bercy village is a short walk away offering diverse dining and shopping

the breakfast included french-style options and tasted delicious there was a good variety of food the hotel offered fresh orange juice and a friendly atmosphere the overall comfort and cute vibe made dining a pleasant experience each morning
