i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location suited me perfectly with the metro station close by. several restaurants are located nearby , which i appreciated.
the room felt quite small . the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled , which i found inconvenient. i also noticed the lack of a mini-fridge in the room.

The view from my room was really amazing, i didn't expect it would be so good! the location was also great. It made exploring easy. the staff was super friendly, always ready to help with any questions.
The room was really dusty. I noticed it the morning after checking in late. everything had a thick layer of dust, that was a bit uncomfortable.

the room had air conditioning so i could regulate the temperature. the bed was comfy ensuring a good night's sleep. daily cleaning was done and towels were also changed daily, i appreciated that.

The location is very convenient with the train station nearby. it was a short walk to the eiffel tower, around 10-15 minutes. a metro station was also across the road from the hotel. That was useful.

The staff were very helpful with my queries. they offered early check-in, it was very helpful. they also stored my luggage after check-out. It made my last day easier
