underwhelming experience
great locationoutdated roompoor maintenance
the location was great for seeing the city. it allowed easy access to many attractions.
the room was very outdated it needed some serious tlc. the closet door did not close well a towel rack was loose. i responded to an email about satisfaction but no one followed up. it seemed like my concerns did not matter much to anyone.

I found the reception to be very efficient. The check-in process was quick. I also found the staff attentive. They assisted with inquiries. My room was easy to find, it was well-equipped, and very clean. The bed guaranteed a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, with all necessary amenities in a super clean condition.
The television was a bit tricky to operate.
