the staff were cute and friendly. i found the location excellent for exploring. we were actually surprised to return to our room decorated with balloons and sweet treats to celebrate my husband's birthday. it was completely unexpected and utterly lovely.
the room keys stopped working on the first day. water bottles were not refilled daily, which i found inconvenient.

i found the location very convenient. saint lazare station was a short walk away, providing easy access to different areas. the room featured useful amenities, like a hairdryer and an iron. i also thought the staff was polite and helpful .
