mixed feelings about the stay
clean roomcold foodunfriendly staff
the room i had was big enough for me and it was also kept clean.
The breakfast was a problem. All the food was cold, even the bacon and sausages. to make matters worse, i tried using the do-it-yourself omelet station, but the so-called hot plate barely heated up, so that was a joke. the reception staff weren't helpful and didn't seem friendly, except for one guy who helped us get a taxi to the airport.

the room was spacious the distance from the city center was reasonable a short metro ride was needed. the metro station was close offering easy access. the roof terrace offered very nice views i enjoyed .
i found that the breakfast variety was somewhat limited compared to other hotels i have visited it was still adequate however.

the staff were friendly and ready to assist i felt welcomed. the receptionist recommended a nearby restaurant to me. the elevator rides were smooth i had no issues.

the hotel provided convenient access to shows at porte de versailles which i visited. metro tram and bus access was close and very useful. the selfie printing machine was a fun addition i liked it very much.

the rooftop bar offers really good food and a great view. my son especially enjoyed the kid-friendly facilities. the complimentary water bottle was a nice touch, and we still use it. breakfast had many options to choose from.

the room was super quiet. breakfast was really good and there was almost everything available. fresh juice and fruit were present. the roof top restaurant was amazing but a reservation was needed..
water coolers were available on each floor but no bottled water was in the room. no glass bottles were provided in the rooms. guests were expected to bring their own bottles to fill from the cooler. paper cups were provided in the room..

This hotel catered so well to families. The team was friendly. I felt very welcome , which I greatly appreciate. The location is in a quiet area of the city. I found that quite safe. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance. This made everything easier.
My room's AC unit did not seem powerful enough, and I noticed that .
