the location was convenient, a very short walk from the eurostar station. finding the hotel was easy. free water and coffee were available in the lobby at all times, a great touch.
the surrounding neighborhood near the train station felt a bit rough.

the hotel's train theme was so cute, i loved all the little details! the staff was friendly and helpful, especially with directions. breakfast included smoked salmon and freshly squeezed orange juice, such a treat to begin the day.
