The parking was amazing. It was big and easily reachable.
The air conditioning did not work, and i was hot every night. i changed rooms three times, but all of them worked badly. also, there were few reception staff, sometimes only one, and service was slow. There was a queue.

The hotel parking is quite large. It provided ample space and easy access, a plus considering prices in the area. the family room was convenient. Each child had a separate bed and personal space. the staff welcomed me and seemed genuinely happy to assist. They also understood both english and french.
The housekeeping service was somewhat limited. I felt there could have been more frequent towel changes .

The hotel provided parking, which i found easily accessible and spacious. It was a major advantage. i noticed non-stop vending machines offering hygiene products, snacks, and beverages were available. This added to the convenience.

My family room included multiple beds which gave everyone their own space. This arrangement worked well. the room offered enough space for our luggage. It kept things organized. i found the room clean upon arrival.

The hotel's location is near a supermarket. This made quick shopping trips easy. there is a pharmacy nearby. It is useful for any necessary supplies. i appreciated the proximity to a lovely park for some leisure time.

The staff demonstrated good understanding of english. This facilitated easy communication. i found them very cute and helpful. They addressed my queries efficiently. the night staff were friendly and provided a smooth late check-in experience.

The breakfast provided ample choices. It suited those wanting a large meal. i considered it good value for money. i saw staff consistently replenishing items. They did this even towards the end of breakfast service.

The location really worked for me. it was close to metro stations. i also liked the nice park right outside the hotel? good internet access was very useful. i found signs all over with directions helpful. It made it easy to get back to the hotel.
the elevators were a mess most of the time! the interior looks a bit old. the hotel has a lot of unfinished touches, and the room had a small bin. they also need to maintain the hotel better. the room was quite small! one person had to sit on the bed for the other to pass.
