poor air conditioningexcessive street noise
i encountered a couple of issues . the air conditioning barely worked, or perhaps not at all. consequently, leaving the window open introduced a significant amount of street noise including cars and voices (this situation made sleeping difficult).

The breakfast buffet provided a quick option before an early train ride. The bed was very comfy. The location is convenient to the metro, removing me from the busy areas. Many good food options are also nearby.

The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. The location was also pretty decent.
The air conditioning was basically NON-EXISTENT. It barely cooled the room. I mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing changed. I thought that was a REALLY poor show.
