The location proved convenient with transportation options right outside. A variety of restaurants were nearby. It helped a lot. The staff was happy to assist, and they spoke multiple languages.
The elevator had a few stairs to reach my room, a slight inconvenience.

My superior twin room had a small balcony, a true delight. the room included efficient air conditioning. A welcome relief. leaving luggage before check-in was simple. We did it. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service. It kept everything fresh.
The elevator felt quite small. Only a few people could fit comfortably. it was a small inconvenience, though. i hope they can address this sometime soon.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the gare du nord. it provided very easy access to transportation links. the staff were really cute, and check-in was very straightforward. they spoke english fluently, which i found helpful.
The room felt small, and there wasn't much space for two people. i also noticed that clothing storage was limited. some areas need painting. It looked a little creepy generally.

the location offers very easy access to transport links it's right by the eurostar terminal i found multiple restaurants nearby the hotel the staff spoke english fluently. the family room provided was clean we had a comfortable stay i especially liked the view of the station from the room the air conditioning worked well.
the entrance was slightly shabby i did notice some noise.
