exemplary servicecomfortable beds
The staff provided exemplary service (I felt very welcome). A taxi stand was conveniently located one minute from the hotel entrance. The junior suite was comfortable. Beds were comfortable.
The room was a little bit smaller.

My stay had a couple of hiccups. the air conditioning barely worked. It was like trying to cool the room with a gentle whisper. also, housekeeping seemed to operate on parisian time, showing up whenever they seemed like it, or sometimes not at all. i even found an empty mini bar one day?!

The staff helped with recommendations and bookings before i even arrived. i found it very comforting and cute. the room was perfect. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. the location is wonderful!
