I appreciated the convenient location NEAR the trocadero. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations, i found that very NICE.
The elevator was quite small only fitting a couple of people. STREET noise was noticeable at night.

the location was a definite highlight , placing us just a short walk from the trocadero for fine views. a nearby metro station offered convenient access to various attractions. our room was consistently clean and well maintained. the staff was friendly and efficiently handled our luggage both upon arrival and departure , a notable convenience.
the room i had felt somewhat dated , with some aspects showing slight wear.

the complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection of items , and the filipino staff at breakfast were very helpful. i noticed the dining area maintained cleanliness throughout service , and seating was readily available during peak hours.

the front desk staff , especially ewa , provided really good support, kimberly was also very helpful. they arranged taxis quickly and efficiently. the check-in and check-out process was fast and streamlined.

Fantastic Location with Minor Issues

The room featured a fantastic view of the tower. It really was charming. I did appreciate the whirlpool tub, it worked wonderfully. All the staff appear very friendly, I think.
The rooms felt small. It is something to be noted.

The hotel offered a prime spot a short walk to a celebrated landmark. It took maybe three minutes. Several restaurants existed close to the hotel. This made dining out fairly easy. Metro access was also nearby. This provides straightforward transit.
