the location proved quite convenient with easy access to the metro.
The room showed significant wear. It reminded me of it hadn't been updated in years. the bathroom was especially disappointing, with slow drainage from both the sink and tub. It was a daily annoyance. the air conditioning did not work , and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it.

The location provided easy access to the metro station nearby. The room also included good kitchen equipment that I found useful.
The soundproofing on windows was not very effective so some outside noises were audible.

amazing stay near place d'italie!

i found the location convenient for getting around! the metro station is so close (it's basically right outside!), this made sightseeing easy. i really liked the supermarket attached to the hotel (it's so handy!) i was able to easily grab snacks and drinks and the super nice team (always smiling and ready to assist!).
the soundproofing wasn't the best, i could hear some street noise.

the apartment included several large closets providing ample storage space. there were also many drawers and shelves which helped keep everything organized. the comfortable sofa bed in the living room was a great feature for accommodating extra guests.

the hotel is adjacent to a mall offering numerous dining options. a very good bakery is just across the street making breakfast easy. access to the cdg airport is simple because the metro stop is so close by (no stress!).

the kitchenette was a real bonus allowing me to prepare some meals. the surrounding area is packed with local cafés and restaurants. it's easy to find a variety of cuisines within a short walking distance.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee in the lobby (a great perk!). fresh towels are available anytime upon request. i also really valued the extended checkout making my departure stress free.

mixed experience in a studio
faulty dishwasherno coffee machine
The room felt a bit dated. the dishwasher did not work properly. It did not clean at all. also, there was no coffee machine in the room, so i had to go down to the reception to get coffee in the morning (this was inconvenient).
