The staff was quite helpful, i must admit. They managed to get the room somewhat clean.
Oh, dear. my 'duplex suite' felt more like a cramped attic. the shower tiles seemed to be hosting a science experiment with soap scum and some vibrant, unidentifiable mold. Quite the visual treat. and the unopened bottle of wine promised in the welcome note of the previous, equally disappointing room? vanished. talk about cutting corners.
