i was happy with how clean and spacious the rooms were. the hotel also had a great location. it was easy to walk to many restaurants and the metro. the super nice team, and i appreciated their recommendations for local spots.
the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. it seemed to be programmed to not function during certain months. this was a bit inconvenient, especially given the weather. but the staff quickly offered a solution.

Oh, dear. my 'duplex suite' felt more like a cramped attic. the shower tiles seemed to be hosting a science experiment with soap scum and some vibrant, unidentifiable mold. Quite the visual treat. and the unopened bottle of wine promised in the welcome note of the previous, equally disappointing room? vanished. talk about cutting corners.
