The location is good. It's not in the shopping area so it is more quiet. The view from balcony is amazing. I found the restaurant nice to have in the hotel.
The staff WAS not knowledgable at all regarding the iprefer rewards program. I don't think it is a 5 star resort, the way it WAS advertised to be. The doors do not have a deadbolt lock on them.

I paid extra for an ocean view room only to discover that the front staff claimed all rooms have ocean views. The pool was constantly murky and mold existed on the corners and steps. I am dissatisfied that I paid for parking nightly yet rarely found parking spaces.

the location was excellent, very close to the beach and shops. i enjoyed the proximity to restaurants with many options available. the room provided a partial ocean view, and i found this to be more than adequate.
i noticed elevator waiting times were long. this often made getting to my room slow and occasionally inconvenient. this issue seemed most pronounced during peak hours.

the hotel features a large aquarium in the lobby, a definite plus. a terrace includes a pool and a restaurant, with live music in the evenings. a well-equipped gym is available for guest use.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach. I loved that! the pool area had really nice service and included a bar. rooms were clean, and the lobby was also nice
i had to pay for water, and that seemed a bit crazy, since most hotels offer it for free.
