Solid stay near the ocean
advantageous location helpful staff calm pond
The hotel location is advantageous as it is across from the beach and close to shops. I found the staff to be helpful . I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas, which I could use by the calm pond side of the beach. I thought the refillable water bottles were a great idea.
The motorcycle parking policy was difficult to find and understand.

Our room had two comfortable double beds. The room was clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained it well . I did like the water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast at the Coconut Club offers a perfect way to start the day with views. Tiki's Grill and Bar served good food. It was worth the short wait I had. I enjoyed a cocktail.

Superb stay with ocean views!

I enjoyed the provided beach gear rental. I got chairs and a speaker daily. The hotel uses text messaging. This made requests easy. The bed felt comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I requested a microwave and extra towels. These items arrived quickly.

My ocean view room provided lovely sunsets every evening. The room remained quiet even above a busy street. I could hear the surf with the sliding glass door open. It was wonderful.

The hotel sits conveniently near Kapiolani Park. It has easy access to beaches suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Nearby restaurants and shops offer lots of choices. That was convenient.

The hotel gives daily credits at Beach Candy. These credits cover beach chairs and Bluetooth speakers. The water stations were very practical. A small fridge worked well in the room. It helped a lot.

mixed experience due to a smoking charge
smoking fee poor investigation
the location was good , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i received a surprising $500 fee for smoking in the room , yet neither i nor my partner smoke anything at all. the front desk didn't offer any real investigation and insisted the charge was valid. i was really disappointed by their unwillingness to listen and resolve this.
