Rooms
The Apê Metrô Paraíso offers studios and family studios with air conditioning, a seating area, flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, shower, and free toiletries. Some units have a dressing room. The deluxe studio is 3 meters by 5 meters, with a bunker bed for a single guest, while the superior studio has a small fridge and kitchenette. Rooms include bed linen and towels. The standard studio has a nine-digit door code that blocks if you make three mistakes, and you must call staff via WhatsApp to fix it.
Dining
There is no onsite restaurant. A 24-hour bakery at the corner serves pizza. A small shop is on the mezzanine. Nearby, along Paulista Avenue, you find restaurants, a supermarket, and banks.
Location
The apartment is 3 km from MASP Sao Paulo and 3 km from Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion. It is a 5-minute walk to Paraiso Metro Station, 500 meters from Paulista Avenue. Nearby landmarks include Sao Paulo Metropolitan Cathedral (4 km), Copan Building (4 km), and Pacaembu Stadium (5 km). Sao Paulo/Congonhas Airport is 9 km away. The building is on a busy avenue with traffic; there is no designated parking for guests. You can park briefly on the sidewalk or use a private lot on a side street.
“My stay here felt surprisingly secure, and the attention to cleanliness, down to the hallways, was notable. The convenience of having kitchenettes in the rooms, coupled with the proximity to the metro, made navigating the city remarkably straightforward. It's clear the focus is on delivering practical comforts and excellent value.”
