i found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful. the check-in process was smooth. my room was large and included everything i needed. the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable.

the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were very helpful and always available at the 24-hour front desk. they assisted with directions and recommendations. also , the room was clean and well kept.
the room size was smaller than expected. it was difficult to move around with luggage. i would have appreciated more space to unpack comfortably.

location was excellent. it was very close to metro station. restaurants and cafes were also close. family room was super clean and cozy too. the receptionists was always available and helpful.
the hotel room did not match the photos online. the hotel is very dated. i felt duped at the price i paid. the price didn't warrant the experience.

The location was convenient near the metro station! the staff was helpful securing taxi service for early departures. i liked the elevator. It made accessing upper floors easy with luggage. the front desk was always staffed. I felt secure.
