Michelin-Starred Dining

superb HOTEL experience

early check-infriendly staffattentive serviceheating system
I appreciated the early check-in at noon because i did not have to wait. The staff was friendly, and the service was attentive. I stayed in the apartment suite. The space was a great size and included everything I needed.
The heating system was not working in my room . A technical team arrived only on the day of my checkout to address it. The shower's thermo mix had issues with random temperature changes.

the location is very nice. nicola at reservations was very kind and upgraded us to an apartment for more space. the service was excellent, and all the staff were very accommodating and very nice.
i booked a room with a terrace, but it was very small and dark with very little wriggle room! i had to boil the kettle on the floor, as that was the only plug i could use. there was no room for cases.
