Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Issues
small room poor drainage
The staff were indeed friendly and helpful, a definite plus.
The room size was quite small (it felt cramped). The soundproofing was not good. I could clearly hear noise from the stairs at all hours. The bathroom was also oddly designed. After showering, the entire floor became wet because the drainage was not great.

warm welcome beautiful balcony convenient location
The reception team gave a lovely warm welcome. I appreciated that my room had a beautiful balcony. The location is convenient as it is a short walk to the train station.
The soundproofing was not the best, and I could clearly hear people on the wooden stairs at all hours.

Lovely Stay Near Gare du Nord

I found the staff polite and helpful . The room had toiletries, a hairdryer, and slippers, which I appreciated. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee. The shower had great pressure, and the bed provided a good sleep.
The room size was smaller than expected, it felt a little cramped for moving around with luggage.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! the location was convenient, close to gare du nord. i also found the room to be clean and functional.
the room was quite small, definitely not ideal for a longer stay. the breakfast selection was also limited, with no fresh fruit available. i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, including signs of water damage.

Wonderful Experience
train station luggage storage
The hotel location provided easy access to the train station and allowed convenient travel around the city. Luggage storage was available and very useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various transportation options.
The shower leaked, therefore the entire floor became soaked after use. There was no mat to use before re-entering the room. The drainage was not effective, which caused some inconvenience.

The breakfast included a selection of fresh juice, quite refreshing. There were chocolate pastries and croissants provided. these items were often depleted. There were also hard boiled eggs available at the breakfast buffet.

charming stay near gare du nord
short walk helpful staff useful amenities
The hotel is very close to gare du nord station. I walked there in about five minutes! the staff were super polite. the room had lots of useful things such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and even slippers. there was also a kettle with tea and coffee. a safe.
The breakfast wasn't great. The pastries seemed like they were from a packet.

The room i booked, a double room, was smaller than expected. there was limited space for luggage. Also the bathroom was tight. soundproofing wasn't great. I could clearly hear people on the stairs. the complimentary water was only one bottle.
