I found the staff helpful. They arranged reservations for local restaurants (i really wanted to try traditional dishes). getting train tickets was also easy because of their assistance. i also appreciated the early check-in after my long international flight. It was a welcome bonus. the breakfast setting was perfect, and i loved the eggs cooked to order.
I had some trouble with the shower design. It lacked a door. i found this slightly inconvenient.

the location was perfect for exploring. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff was warm and cute, a real plus. the room had a luxurious bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. (i enjoyed them a lot!)
the minibar prices were not clearly displayed.
