really good service helpful staff
the staff provided really good service . they were very helpful with directions and recommendations. i appreciated the attentiveness to detail.
i noticed the hallway lighting was somewhat dim. this made it a little difficult to navigate at night. better illumination would definitely improve this.

The location is very convenient. it is close to several metro stations. Access to public transportation is easy. many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, we loved that.

The staff were particularly helpful. They assisted with directions and taxi arrangements. A complimentary prosecco was a nice touch upon arrival. My room faced the street, it remained quiet and ensured I slept well. Daily gifts left on the bed by the cleaning staff added to the positive experience.
The air conditioning made slight noises, a typical issue for older buildings.

Pastries were available, and the chef even provided bags of them as a surprise. Breakfast offered a diverse selection, even including hot food options. The pastries smelled wonderful each morning.

attentive staff efficient service convenient location
the staff was attentive. breakfast service was efficient. the front desk was always helpful with directions. i really appreciated the convenient location near transport options and key attractions. it made navigating the area very simple. everything felt accessible. i did enjoy my stay overall.
the room size was a bit smaller than i anticipated.. it was manageable for a solo traveler though.

Enchanting Parisian Getaway

The staff were great, offering a warm welcome. Little touches in the room, a bottle of wine alongside L'Occitane products. I found the room's decoration and layout very thoughtful and comfortable during my week. The location provided convenient access to the shopping district and a pleasant walk to Montmartre.
The bathroom felt small. The shower drain needed attention, causing an unpleasant smell, and the shower tray tended to fill quickly during showers. The cot provided was great, but a double bed sheet was used rather than a cot sheet. This is dangerous for little ones.
