difficult liftsmall room
The lift was a real pain. It didn't even reach the ground floor. i had to lug my suitcase up a narrow set of stairs to reach it. the room was also quite small. It felt cramped even for one person.

the staircase was narrow, and i had difficulty navigating it with my luggage.
