I stayed here on a business trip and was really pleased with the central location, it made getting around so easy. the team was super friendly, they always had smiles and helped with directions. i especially liked the honor bar. It was nice.
the breakfast room felt a bit cramped during peak times. it made getting to the buffet difficult when there were many guests.

the location was excellent. i found two metro stations nearby, providing access to multiple lines. shopping centers, the louvre museum, champs elysees, and place de la concorde were all within a comfortable walk. when i arrived at my room, there was a welcome note with my name and a box of chocolates. the hotel offered complimentary hot and cold refreshments in the lobby at certain times.
the room had some noise from what sounded like the kitchen early each morning.

The reception team was friendly. They managed requests with efficiency. The hotel location is amazing with access to world class shopping. The decor of the suite was charming and appropriately french.
I noticed an overwhelming musty odor. The smell of damp permeated our room. This smell also affected our clothes.

This building has a very rich history. The receptionists were friendly, attentive, and cute. I found the location convenient. It was an easy walk to world-class shopping and tourist sites I found super soft towels in the bathroom.
The entrance carpet looked a bit dirty. This gave a slightly negative first impression. I think a refresh would enhance the hotel's overall appeal.
