The staff was helpful with our questions. Rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. I appreciate the hotel is located near several major metro stations.
Our room was very small. There was no place to put the luggage. The bathroom was tiny with a very slippy bath floor making showering quite risky.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations and arranged a taxi to the airport. The room included a bidet. I LOVE such a feature!!!
The elevator was quite small. It was a tight fit with luggage.

The hotel is on a quiet street positioned between Rue de Rivoli and the river. Many restaurants and cafes are a short walk away. Taxis and Ubers are also easily accessible when needed. The area secure hotel.
